If you’ve left 18 in the rearview mirror (maybe a ways back), then welcome! Silver Fox Coaching is for those of us in the 55+ realm, because getting older doesn’t mean we have to be old. Nope. Not happening.
We’ve all seen the research about staying active, but nothing is more convincing and inspiring than seeing people in their late 70's and 80's still out there hiking mountains, cycling long trails, or playing their favorite sports. They prove that age isn’t a limitation—it’s a mindset.
Now, you might be thinking, "That’s them. That’s not me." Are you sure? Genetics plays a role—but only 30%. That leaves 70% in your control—and that 70%? That’s where the magic happens.
My goal is simple: to help you push the effects of aging further down the road, so you can enjoy life fully and actively for as long as possible.
